Transcript Request

By federal law, Boston Baptist College may not send out any transcript materials without written and signed authorization from the student.
Requests made verbally by phone or in-person are subject to fraud and violate FERPA laws.

To request a transcript, please complete the following steps:

1. Please use this link to complete the Transcript Request form and submit it electronically.

2. Once you have completed a Transcript Request Form, please pay the Transcript Request fee using the PayPal form below.

Note: Payment for a transcript is only necessary if you need an official transcript sent out. Unofficial transcripts are issued at no charge.
